Payroll Implementation
Prospera Benefits works directly with your payroll provider to implement the pre-tax deduction structure accurately and on schedule. Most major platforms are supported with minimal HR involvement.
Benefits Launch
Employees gain access to their expanded benefits on day one of the first qualifying pay period. Prospera Benefits provides ongoing support throughout the plan year so HR is not the first point of contact for employee questions.
